Free Shipping

• Canada: free shipping on orders CA$50+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
• USA: free shipping on orders US$70+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax).

Dispatch Times

• Handmade items are prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.
• Delivery estimates: Canada ~2–8 business days; USA ~4–10 business days (carrier delays and customs are outside our control).

Returns (30 Days)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged/Incorrect Items (7 Days)
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number, and 3–5 clear photos (outer box all sides, shipping label, packing materials, and close-ups of the issue).
• Keep all packaging until review is complete.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an update.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was damaged/defective.

Non-returnable Items

• Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items (if marked).
• Items showing wear or washing.

Cozy Care (Safety)

• Best for supervised awake time; please remove for sleep and car rides.
• Bows/gems are photo-prop accents — enjoy with supervision.

Washing & Care

• Hand wash or machine wash, delicate, preferably in a mesh laundry bag.
• Lay flat to dry; reshape while damp. Do not tumble dry.
• Keep away from Velcro/rough surfaces to prevent snags.

Color Variation

• Because items are handmade and screens differ, slight color and placement variations are normal and not defects.

Photo Documentation Before Shipping

• We photograph each order before dispatch to help prevent and resolve in-transit damage claims quickly.
